TOS

  • No RP when commissioning, please discuss normally.

  • no refunds unless i am unable to finish a commission in which case a full refund will be issued.

  • i reserve all rights to post commissions unless specified against.

  • Commissions have no deadline to be complete, i will always aim to complete commissions in a timely manor however this is not always achievable. my queue is always avaliable to view.

  • You are allowed to make large revisions to a commission in the sketching/drafting stage however once colouring/rendering has begun only small revisions are allowed.

  • do not claim my art as your own and please credit me when reposting my art. i reserve all rights to my work and will use it as marketing as i see fit.

  • No commercial use of my art unless this has been approved.

  • Do not use my art as an NFT or any other marketable currency without my express permission (This will likely be never).

  • Please do not contact me in regards to a commission unless you have the funds to pay once an agreement has been made.

  • Payment is always upfront in full before i start working.
